What is the best way to register for the in person LearnX® Summit/s?

When should I register?

The earlier the better if you want to avail of the discounts and save money.

Can I share my registration?

No. One registration may not be used or shared by several individuals.

Do I get a physical ticket sent to me?

Please be aware that we do not issue or distribute a physical ticket to the event. You will receive delegate joining instructions 1 – 2 weeks before the event via email, and there will be a badge ready for you at the registration desk on the day.

Where do I pick up my badge?

Your personal badge will be ready for you at the registration desk on the opening day – Tue 21 Nov 2023.

Do I always wear my badge?

Yes. Delegates must always wear their badges during the event. This is MCEC venue and event management policy. There is no contrary policy to this one.

Do I have to sign up for the sessions?

Registered delegates can attend any session listed in the agenda. (Note: Occasionally some sessions fill to capacity. It’s prudent to have alternative session selected.)

Do I have to pay now, or can I be invoiced?

You can be invoiced for your registration. (Note: that payment must be received prior to discount deadlines for the discount to remain in effect.)

Can I walk in and sign up for the conference?

No. You will need to contact us prior to arriving to have your badge etc. ready. However, since this event has limited seating and we expect to sell out once again, we highly recommend that you register for the event in advance to avoid being turned away.

When and where is the event taking place?

The event is taking place on the 21st and 22nd November 2023 at the Melbourne Convention Centre, Level 1.

Where should I stay?

Are meals included?

On both days of the event, lunch, brekkie and network refreshment breaks are provided as part of your registration.

Special dietary/physical requirements:

Special dietary/physical requirements will be catered for if requested before the event registration closing date ?????. Please indicate any special requirements on your registration form or contact admin@learnx.live or call: +61 457 532 769 with your specifications.

Are sessions recorded?

Certain plenary sessions maybe recorded. This is at the discretion of the speaker and their enterprises confidentiality policies.

What is the dress code?

Comfortable, casual attire is recommended. We recommend you bring a sweater or jacket because it can get cool in the session rooms.

Do I receive a certificate or digital badge for attending the conference?

Upon request you will receive both an attendance certificate pdf version and digital badge via email. Contact admin@learnx.live post event to receive these event assets.

POLICIES & TERMS

Behaviour

LearnX® reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person and or eject any person from the event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by LearnX® staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.

Commercial Activities?

No. Freelance marketing and other unauthorised advertising or branding is prohibited. No solicitation of goods and services is allowed for any reason or cause. (Note: Registered/contracted sponsors/exhibitors do not apply to this policy).

Canvassing

Canvassing by delegates is strictly prohibited. Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event except by event sponsors. Delegates violating this policy will be asked to leave the event with no refund of fees/expenses etc.

Cancellation

LearnX® does not provide refunds for cancellations or change of mind purchases. You will receive a credit for the amount paid for the ticket cancelled to be used towards payment for another LearnX® event within 18mths after your payment or you are welcome to send a substitute delegate for the current event you have booked, with the exception of the ‘Awards Show Tickets’ for which there is no credit available. Dates and prices on this form are correct at the time of print and are subject to change. To receive the credit for a future event, an email must be sent to admin@learnx.net no less than 5 business days prior to the commencement of the event. There will be no credit available for “no shows”.

Payment

Full payment via credit card will be required to confirm your registration. Anyone that has not received a confirmation email will not be on the event attendance list and may not be admitted to the event. If you registered and didn’t receive a confirmation, contact: accounts@learnx.live or call: +61 457 532 769. By completing and submitting credit card details on this website you warrant that you have the authority to provide the credit card details that are used for payment of your order.

Program

LearnX® reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.

Privacy

LearnX® is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended. LearnX® collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing registration services, education and marketing events.

Intellectual Property

Some speakers may agree to share their presentation slides and webcasts with delegates only. This content is not intended for wider distribution – sharing, broadcasting and/or copying of this content is not permitted according to Australia’s intellectual property laws. Please be respectful of these speakers’ intellectual property so that we can continue to offer similar content in future events.

Disclaimer

LearnX® Live! will make every effort to ensure that the event and the program will take place as advised. LearnX® Live!  reserves the right to delete or revise items in the event program and will not take financial responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of program deletions or revisions. If the event does not proceed and is rescheduled, you will receive a credit if you are unable to attend on the new date/s. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of the announcement of the new date if you wish to receive a credit. If the event does not proceed and is cancelled, you will receive a full refund for the registration fees paid. LearnX® Live! is not responsible for any other financial losses incurred if the event is rescheduled or does not proceed or for any events beyond our control.
