This award focuses on a compliance project that trained talent on laws, regulations and policies that applied to their job tasks/responsibilities. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Content Curation

This award focuses on a content curation project in which digital learning content has been aggregated from a variety of sources, analysed, structured, and then presented in a systemised design online for participants to access. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Environmental Education

This award focuses on an environmental training project that was implemented to drive/support talent development (e.g., impact, management, awareness etc.). The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group/community/industry.

Ethical Training

This award focuses on an ethical training project that was implemented to drive/support talent development relating to conduct, trust, mutual respect, and in agreement with professional standards and enterprise policy/rules etc. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Customer Experience

This award focuses on a customer experience training project that ultimately delivers on the brand’s promise and increases the effectiveness of customer service representatives. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Health & Safety

This award focuses on a health and safety training project implemented to drive/support talent development, leading to safe, and health-oriented practices/behaviours. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Hybrid Learning

This award focuses on a hybrid learning project an enterprise implemented incorporating both onsite and remote learning initiatives, to drive and support talent development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Induction/Onboarding

This award focuses on an induction/onboarding training project, implemented either as a general/specific program or a follow-up orientation to drive/support talent development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Leadership

This award focuses on a leadership development project that was implemented using a blended model (online and f2f) over an extended timeframe to train/support future leaders in the workflow. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

CRITERIA

This award focuses on a campaign-based learning project, implemented to give participants a series of learning experiences, using different mediums to create behavioural change. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group/industry.

Pandemic/Emergency

This award focuses on a training project that was implemented to train and support talent development in relation to a short/long-term emergency (e.g., pandemic, emergency, disaster settings etc.). The project can be enterprise -wide, group specific or targeted to local/state-wide/national conditions.

People & Performance Training

This award focuses on an enterprise people and performance project that leverages learning and capability, to motivate, improve, train and support talent development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Performance Support

This award focuses on a performance support project that is embedded in the workflow so that talent have access to specific information to build on the effectiveness of previous learning and development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Product Knowledge

This award focuses on a product knowledge training project that’s been implemented to build knowledge of enterprise merchandise, services, solve product and/or customer related issues, and drive/support talent development. The project can be enterprise-wide or targeted to a specific group.

Sales Training
